Kevin Alward


Kevin provides overall vision and direction for SwiftReach Networks. Over the last 25 years, Kevin has led numerous communications companies, who served a variety of industries including enterprise, government and technology.

He has also founded four successful start-ups. As one of his first endeavors, Kevin was instrumental as the principal operator in growing TotalTel USA, a retail and wholesale telephone company, from start-up to an organization with over 300 employees, 20,000 customers and over $150M in revenue.

In 2006, Kevin took on the CEO role at SwiftReach. Under his guidance, SwiftReach has continued to be at the forefront of emergency management solutions geared towards both the public and private sector. Kevin is passionate and committed to building world-class mission critical solutions aimed at solving major industry challenges.

Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Alfred University. He gives his time, talent and treasure to the Villanova Center of Innovation, Creativity and Entrepreneurship (ICE), Oasis, Boy Scouts of America, Keep Our Police Safe (KOPS), Highlands Hockey Association and It’s a Wonderful Life.

Jeff Alward


As President of SwiftReach, Jeff is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company. Jeff is a technology veteran with close to 30 years experience serving in a variety of management roles.

In 1990, Jeff began his career working in sales and sales management at a variety of electronics companies. In 1997, he became a leading sales representative for Cablevision where he served medium and large enterprise accounts with a host of voice, cable and internet products.

Jeff joined SwiftReach in 2006 where he was responsible for executing agreements with some of its largest and most loyal customers in local and county government as well as enterprise.
Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Alfred University.

Nick Felmlee


Nick is responsible for leading the SwiftReach product, engineering and development teams. Nick has over 20 years of software and telecommunications experience and has held senior positions at Lucent Technologies and Bell Laboratories.

Nick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University.

Dwane Razzetti

Director, Emergency Management Division

Dwane Razzetti has been involved in emergency management since 1989. He first served as Office of Emergency Management (OEM) Coordinator in the Township of Rochelle Park, New Jersey. In 1992, he was appointed as the OEM Deputy Coordinator (and later Coordinator) for Bergen County, NJ, one of the largest counties on the east coast.

As a County Coordinator, one of Dwane’s primary responsibilities was to form best practices surrounding the use of the County emergency notification system. Dwane was instrumental in improving processes and planning for crisis situations including natural disasters and criminal activities. Dwane also worked closely with the FBI, Department of Homeland Security and FEMA.

Additionally, Dwane served as Bomb Squad Commander/Hazardous Device Technician and as the Senior Crisis Negotiator for the Bergen County Police SWAT team. Mr. Razzetti has had volunteer experience in both the fire and EMS services at the municipal level and served as Vice-Chair of the community oversight board at a large public hospital.

Dwane joined the SwiftReach leadership team in April 2013. He is largely responsible for assisting SwiftReach customers in developing their own emergency management best practices and how to get the most from SwiftReach’s emergency notification system.

Dwane Razzetti holds a Bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University – Newark and a Masters in Social Work from the Rutgers School of Social Work in New Brunswick.
